2.2L Ecotec Neutral Balance Shafts
Balancing shafts are used to keep your motor from unwanted vibrations from the crankshaft. These neutral shafts replace your stock shafts and allow for higher engine speeds in your high performance engine application and are a direct bolt in. Balance shafts rotate at twice engine speed and the factory shafts were only designed to run up to the stock redline. These neutral balance shafts are a must when increasing engine RPM above stock calibrations or wanting to free up some extra HP in your stock Ecotec. Great upgrade for any high performance application. These shafts are the same balance shafts used by Fred Simmons Jr. and SMG Racing in their 2005 Cavalier drag car.
